Very dissatisfied with this product, haven't dropped once and the case is scratched:( also the case is so bulky and the charger stopped working

Doesn't seem like an authentic Mophie charger.

If I could find a more compact charger I might just stop using this one.

It always tells me that my charger is not supported

I have a great desktop charger for my Iphone and apple watch, but can no longer use it due to the input change.

I use an Anker wireless charger and it works well

Any Qi charger will work with this case but i also purchased the desk mount so i can recharge when im asleep

You don't have to carry your portable charger or wall outlet

It also eliminates the hassle of carrying around a portable charger, which forces you to fuss with wires and carrying around one more thing

It finally works as it should but do not like the fact that when you unplug it, it stays charging

Perfect as always

Not sure exactly how it works as I received no instructions
