This game certainly captures the nostalgia I remember - the characters, while updated, still retain the key hits of the classic designs that they look as good as they ever did.- The story, while cheesy and corny, is pretty fun, if you can accept that it's supposed to be dumb and just enjoy for what it is.- Lots of different modes to choose from, whether you feel like tackling the story, playing old-school arcade, practicing to improve, or going head-to-head with friends
-
It has a cohesive story this time around (whether you like it or not is separate matter)
-
It has some stunning back grounds, a cool story mode, and of course fatalities.
-
The story is great, it's really fun to watch and does a great job tying the first three games together.
-
- good story mode.- enterteining game play mechanocs.- beutiful graphics.
-
Great story mode, nice graphics, the charaters who came with this edition are simply fantastic, and Kratos is awesome
-
It has some stunning back grounds, a cool story mode, and of course fatalities
-
Kratos and Freddy Krueger?Freddy would seem like a strange addition but they manage to work his back story into the MK universe incredibly well
-
this has the best story mode i have played on a Mortal Kombat game.
-
The new Story Mode just keeps putting you in random fights without educating you on anything other than the characters' back story...boring
-
great story mode, great graphics, nice music, awesome Gameplay, 3-D, lots of characters
-
The story isn't all that spectacular, but this isn't a game series based around a story
-
As hard as this game tries to tell a 'mature' story, I think it was written by 12 year olds for 12 year olds
-
The story and single-player experience is, as expected, mediocre.
-
The story is great, re-telling the MK Story from a new prespective
-
With the story mode and other bonus's, I think its a must buy for MK fans
-
Awesome story mode
-
Amazing story and great game play.
-
Best graphics, best enviromment, best stories, and even better fatalities
-
I have to say what stands out most here is the story mode, it is by far the best story mode ever incorporated into a fighting game, it is like an interactive movie for four hours.
-
Great story mode on this game

-
Great story mode too
-
All the characters new and old, better graphics original costumes available cool story
-
Despite its great story line, the fighting is almost
-
The story is kinda weird, but the roster and stages are neat
-
There are new additions I enjoyed, but the Story Mode was severely lacking, which ruined it for me (a huge fan of running around, collecting random objects, and winning Koins for the Krypt)
-
I believe)-There are a variety of characters and a good story lineI have been a mortal kombat fan for years
