• Reviews around alliance (1.54 of 5)

    Mortal Kombat - Playstation 3

    • On games such as Deadly Alliance and Deception, classic character moves such as Cyrax's net, Sektor's homing missiles, Scorpion's scissor kick, and most notably Shang Tsung's morphing ability.
    • While not necessarily horrible games, if you look in my reviews you'll see how strongly I felt about Deadly Alliance and Deception.
    • I disliked everything from Deadly Alliance to vs DC Universe
    • Deadly alliance seemed rushed, armaggeddon was ok but felt kind of clunky and just average
    • The Krypt works much like it has since Deadly Alliance, offering players a chance to get some extras in the game.
    • The same goes for deadly alliance thru armagedon including MK vs DC universe(I can't stand some characters like Batman, Wonder Woman, and almost everybody else fighting stances) completely mediocre, don't get me wrong the fighting is entertaining and this game brings all the nostalgia from the first MK games without a doubt but this issue screws the whole experience for me, I was really looking forward to this
    • but I never got my hopes up as I never really enjoyed any of the 3D MK games save for deadly alliance, which was "okay
    • Onto Deadly Alliance, where the developers made every character unique once again, and this time expanded upon the weapons system added in the previous title.
    • However, the series started to fall short with the release of Deadly Alliance, Deception, and Armageddon.
    • The lack of new fighters is somewhat disappointing (aside from Kratos and some DLC) but the fighting mechanic is so much more balanced than the last 3 previous games (MK: Deadly Alliance, Deception, and MK vs DC).
    • Nothing special about it, I've seen more gore in movies and the online SUCKS as it lags horribly.
    • When I like a

    • Firstly, after you press start, the title menu screen lags as it's loading
    • Great visuals (never seen the U3 engine look so good), great sound, great fighting mechanics, lots of content, a Story mode which SSF IV lacks) robust and fun online (although not as good as in SSF IV, but it's just a matter of
