Besides all the amazing content, the actual fighting is incredible.

I even enjoyed the Xbox versions of MK, but again I never saw it as a top tier fighting game

There are some painfully difficult fights, but it's still loads of fun

The fighting was fun, but the stuttering in it left me annoyed more than once; in a game where timing is critical, stuttering delays to your responses can really ruin things, and I'm playing over a very quick connection

And the difficulty is hard at first, but gets easier if you keep losing fights.

i'm just not cool or smart enough like everyone else to think this is the greatest fighting game on the face of the planet earth

I can't praise this game enough and now consider Mortal Kombat my favorite fighting game.

this games brings you classic characters plus kratos what more can you ask for. new and better fatalities, new costumes (good and bad in some ways), and my personal favorite classic fighting with badass combos.

I feel that this a great fighting game, and if your playing on the PlayStation 3, you get an exclusive character "Kratos" from the God of War game.

you move onto story mode you’ll find that there REALLY is a story mode and this as much as anything sets this Mortal Kombat game apart from previous ones as well as other fighting games.

Overall, this collection represents outstanding value for money, being one of the most enjoyable fighting games of the last console generation and the most generous in terms of content

The same goes for deadly alliance thru armagedon including MK vs DC universe(I can't stand some characters like Batman, Wonder Woman, and almost everybody else fighting stances) completely mediocre, don't get me wrong the fighting is entertaining and this game brings all the nostalgia from the first MK games without a doubt but this issue screws the whole experience for me, I was really looking forward to this

I really like the animation going on in the background, like the animated fighting going on in the background in The Pit, the debris flying around and the subways driving by in The Subway, the bodies being lowered into the acid pit, the guys being hung in the Living Forest, etc
