    Mortal Kombat - Playstation 3

    • The story is great, I particularly liked the challenges a lot
    • Death has no permanent meaning in Mortal Kombat, but still this is a pretty decent story by MK standards, though it pales in comparison to the riveting "Deception."As with any new installment of MK the graphics are far and above anything its predecessors offered, the animation is (for the first time ever) smooth, and combos can be chained together with greater ease than ever before
    • Single player modes includes Story Mode which I found the best story telling fighting game I ever player, the story explains very well the origens of the characters and follows a sense timeline though out its durantion
    • Very nice story did not feel repetitive
    • I will say, the only drawbacks are that the story is OK, not terrific but good
    • The story is superb for what a fighter can deliver, and the graphics are really good
    • The implementation of an actual decent story mode which caught my eye several times on youtube.com
    • Excellent story line, include all the characters from MK1, 2, 3 and some from the 4.A must buy.
    • It has great graphics, entertained story mode and good fighting combos
    • A lengthy story mode, plenty of challenges, unlockables, and lag-free online multiplayer (and split-screen multiplayer).
    • Controls are accurate, fast action, great sound, good quality graphics, decent story line.
    • Return to 2D gameplayReturn to the dark, bloody roots of the series - bloodiest fatalities ever!Rich, full story mode that delivers many shocks and surprises - for the first time in the history of MK, people actually
    • The game has a pretty good story
    • Mortal Kombat 2011 delivers a great game, the graphics are amazing, many characters to choose from, has a great story mode, challenge tower and tag team kombat plus the mini
    • They could have worked his story into the stories of the women from Edenia
    • At first play I wasn't expecting the story to be long nor good but boy was i wrong, the story is good enough to keep you interested and playing more and the story will at the least take you 4 hours to beat if you dont lose against any bosses, of and the last few bosses are FRUSTRATING!!

    • Just finished Story Mode which is really the best thing about this game, kinda like that good movie that was never made
    • Good story line, good multiplayer,
    • The story itself is silly and over-the-top, but it's entertaining and easy to follow
    • Mortal Kombat 9 offers a very strong story during gameplay
    • Cons:difficult game, time consuming and challenging, story is repetitive, does not feel like older MK games, doesn't feel like their is any story to it
    • This is a solid game and you should buy it has a great story, great fighters, and it's brutal
    • Cons:difficult game, time consuming and challenging, story is repetitive, does not feel like older MK games, doesn't feel like their is any story to it
    • the Krypt returns, an all-new story line (I love these), multiple training and online modes, all sorts of goodies in one package
    • It's got an cool story mode and many other mini games that will keep you playing this games for a long time.
    • So the story mode alone last longer than some games as a whole (ahem Star wars unleashed 2)
    • There's a beefy story mode (that's incredibly cheesy), as well as a challenge tower that can keep you busy (and alone) for hours on end
    • The game is overall entertaining, has the best story mode of any fighting game I've seen since it let's you play with most of the characters although difficult at times, fatalitites as you may know are all
    • I must say Mortal Kombat has one of the best and most coherent stories ever told in a fighting video game.
    • If you play story mode (which I recommend you do since it's actually entertaining), Raiden always looks like he's mouth-breathing and has moist lips
    • For many die hard MK fans this will be nothing new in terms of plot but the the story mode really tells the story like a movie
    • good game, i like the change in the series, good graphics and gameplay, fan would really like it, story mode really good to kill time
    • out!StoryThe latest Mortal Kombat features a pretty good story especially for a fighting genre
    • The story is a bit cheesy, but I didn't exactly get this game for the story
    • Great story mode
    • With an insane amount of game modes, ranging from regular ladder modes and tag team ladder modes, to a 300 level challenge tower, to an amazing standalone story mode that marvel vs. capcom 3 needs to take a hint from, this game will keep you coming back for months
    • Very nice story did not feel repetitive
    • Cool story mode, great action,
    • It has a great roster with all the fan favorites, an area (the Krypt) to unlock more than 300 things, over 300 challenges, and the best story I have seen in a fighting game.
    • Death has no permanent meaning in Mortal Kombat, but still this is a pretty decent story by MK standards, though it pales in comparison to the riveting "Deception."As with any new installment of MK the graphics are far and above anything its predecessors offered, the animation is (for the first time ever) smooth, and combos can be chained together with greater ease than ever before
    • First by giving us a halfway decent story mode to play through
    • The game has a surprising, yet totally awesome Story Mode
    • Great visuals (never seen the U3 engine look so good), great sound, great fighting mechanics, lots of content, a Story mode which SSF IV lacks) robust and fun online (although not as good as in SSF IV, but it's just a matter of
    • From a story mode that's surprisingly decent for a fighter, to standard arcade and training as well as various challenge modes, MK9 will find a way to hold your attention
    • Also, I'd like Hornbuckle to be playable, they could definately tie his story into Blaze's
    • Like I said, it restarts from the beginning of MK, rewriting the story for the next game in the series
    • The story and acting is just lame.
    • This is the first fighting game I have played with a very lengthy story mode
    • its not my style of fighter.it is a very very good game with the best story in a fighting series that you will ever see.kinda reminded me a little of enter the dragon.there is so much to do,so many ways to kill and die,art costumes everything.and the most important
    • great game, great story line
    • It has everything from breathtaking visuals to a solid story that fills perfectly in the game's franchise
    • Of course, the story itself isn't that important since you're just playing the game to fight
    • Fun and amazing story for a fighter since it was like 8 hrs or something
    • Excellent story
    • Very well planned story
    • The great story mode is complimented by a healthy amount of additional content in the form of multiple single-player and multiplayer game modes
    • Story is nice quite
    • But as fighting games go, this is the best story-line I have seen in a fighting game with a great mix of action and humor
    • Story mode to refresh and inform players
    • Classic Arenas!Dark gory fatalities!Babalities for nostalgia!Best story mode for a fighter period!Hundreds and hundreds of things to unlock!Hidden things a plenty!TOASTY!Stage fatalities!Arcade
    • In a way, the story is so good that it could have been its own movie and help us forget about the previous MK films
    • Despite the rivers of whiney tears cried in protest to MK vs DCU's T rating and lack of gore, the WB partnership was forged early on.
    • El juego es un exito, la jugabilidad increible, el tema que te muestren como hacer los fatalities y brutalites esta genial
