Bought this same day i bought mortal kombat 9 just to compare although i love mk9 better

but this game is a must get for people who like Mortal Kombat or any action/fighting game.

I used to play mortal kombat all the time on the system I had and loved it

All you really need to know is Sub-Zero fights FREAKING Batman!Now, with that being said, the Kombat is decent.

If you love the TRUE Mortal Kombat,then just pass this up and get Mortal Kombat:Komplete Edition instead

The game has dropped dramatically in price, covers a niche pretty well, has strong Mortal Kombat fighting mechanics

If you love DC and mortal kombat then you will love this game

I am sure he will love the game as he has been wanting it for awhile now, and this company is great to buy from!

Hopefully they will do a sequel or a MK and Marvel version that will address the above issues and add some of the critical MK game play we have grown to love such as, expanded special moves, multiple stances, and weapons

The controls are pretty good, tho don't seem as responsive as in Soul Calibur 4.
