Good replacement.

I finally got the replacement, and now the replacement phone drains the battery and it has a very hard time charging

The replacement has the same issue and Motorola is refusing to send another replacement or issue any sort of refund.

Since the minimum qualifying 30 day package is $40 + fees, you're looking at doubling the price of the phone if your intent is to find a cheap replacement for a contract phone.
