ready for a new phone, but i received it in good condition

Ordered my used Motorola Droid Turbo in "very good" condition and looked it over really well when it arrived

This phone was classified as "used good condition"

I bought it used with very good condition from store called "cellcow"

Not fully functioning... was not true to the description of being in good condition
