I received the nexus 6 in less than fair condition and cannot get it replaced.

Phone arrived in at most "fair condition

Mine was in very good to excellent condition.

Product arrived in perfect condition with no visible damage etc

Don't buy a used or refurbished phone expecting to get new condition and then complain about it on a review when something doesn't work.
