The third camera worked for a few weeks but then started to have similar issues

I learned I only need one camera as well, so my new system is perfect.

Eventually the camera continues to lose connection to the handheld

Also I like that the camera is pretty quiet, some have a lot of extra noise even when there's nothing going on in the room-but this one was great

Camera 2 doesn't seem to be working anymore, so the website might have permanently killed it

If it had just been 1 defective camera, I probably would have contacted Motorola for a replacement, but I felt there were too many cons to this device

These cameras have so many issues

The first camera we ordered didn’t even work

One camera was fine, the other camera constantly disconnected and we had to creep into our son's room multiple times to reset it, hit the pair button, etc

Camera has a weird glare spot when the camera is on and now the auto nightvision doesn’t work

The camera seemingly has to be plugged in for it to work, and if the power cord is not juuuuust right, it doesn’t work

The night vision stopped working suddendly in both cameras, I tried reseting the cameras but didnt work, I bought an extra camera and it also crashed, the customer service exists????I bought this because the Motorola Service told me the MBP853 Connect was not compatible with one MBP88 Camera I had and because the 853 Connect was "obsolete"

The cameras are easy to use, have great sound and video quality and everything seems well built.

Great camera and night vision it better than the older model I have of this camera, but it came with a faulty power cable and I have to constantly check to make sure it's charging and wiggle the connection to get it to charge

Not only was the customer service rep super kind, she resolved my issue in less that 10mins, which resulted in them sending me two new cameras FREE OF CHARGE

You can create an account there, but the cameras need to be connected to your WiFi before they'll show up on the website, and as far as I can tell, you can only connect them to your WiFi by setting them up via the Phone App.• Website seems to work whenever it wants to (which isn't very often), and seems to crash the cameras

If this is your first baby monitor I would say you wouldn't know any better that this camera is very laggy by contrast

The camera is VERY versatile with the extensions which are adjustable to the point where you can affix it to the corner of the babies crib without any issues, or mount it on a shelf, almost anywhere

The cameras only support the 2.5 GHz WiFi Band

The cameras loose connection several times a night which alarm a loud beeping noise that you can’t turn off until you press the ok button on monitor

When I do, the picture is fine, but the signal is delayed, so that if i try to pan the camera around, for example, there is a huge lag between pressing a direction button and the camera moving- about 5 seconds

The camera is a significant improvement

I don't write reviews much, but have committed many hours of a busy schedule with three kids under 4 to finding the exact perfect baby camera so I will share my experience as others have shared theirs to me on other cameras.

The Camera mobility and rechargeable capabilities are also handy, but realistically not something we utilise
