So in short, if you have an iPhone this is useless, besides the fact it suppose to work with an iPhone, granted less features, but in this case it's useless

While this can be hampering at times, it is still a nice feature to be able to read your messages when you are in a meeting or unable to take your phone out of your pocket

I will say a handy feature(with iOS) is when you use Google Maps on your phone and your phone screen is shut off, you will still receive direction notifications on your watch
