it has limited functionality compared to when paired with an android phone, but for business purposes (checking email/calendar etc) works great and looks like a nice stylish watch instead of a gadget for high school

The 360 2nd Gen works well with my Samsung G6 Edge.

Watch works great, wonderful to be able to check notifications and send spoken or typed replies in Google Hangouts

The Moto 360 works well with the Blackberry Priv as these two devices are demonstrated as a productive product to be able to keep you in the loop with all the notification such as emails, SMS,calendar events and compatible app notifications.

I've been using the watch for 2 month, i can count on one hand the times that the watch was responsive and working fine, most of the time it lags, it reboots, it shuts at 30% battery, my display disappears from time to time and there are tons of graphical glitches
