I have been a loyal TracFone customer since 2005

For that I was very grateful, but then again that is a result of shopping on Amazon and what it is like to have really good customer service!

I used to like them but as so many say, they have gone DOWN HILL and have horrible customer service.

Worst phone worst customer service of any cell phone company out there.

I will praise Motorola in one respect; their customer support site, RMA provision and Device Exchange process works very smoothly

I ended up getting the most obnoxious and rude customer service

Tracfone has THE WORST customer service

Love the G P S simply because I have no sense of directions and this one talks to you destination!!!

On my home wifi, it is as responsive as my desktop and Samsung Galaxy S 8.4 tablet

That's the one better thing about the Moto E than the Moto G--it has a micro SD card slot to help with its only 4GB of storage

But for those who only need to keep in touch with important calls while away from home this Moto E performs well and delivers value to me and is a very good choice for Android phone newbies.

Ditched that one, and found the Moto E on line for dirt cheap.

I suggest buying a bright E moto case to protect it from being dropped and makes it easy to find if misplaced.

But somehow Moto E works much better, perhaps because of the newer operating system
