Had to give it a hard reset and install the software update up to Lollipop and all troubles are forgotten

Almost everyday that the screen freezes on me and that I would have to soft reset the phone by forcing it to close which means forcing all my unsaved apps to close

Imagine you are driving and navigating using Google Maps, then you try to play music at the same time, but the phone hangs up for 5 to 10 seconds, stops navigating, then even the launcher resets.

"boot up failed" and doesnt allow me to do a hard reset, I have reviewed several forums and have not found any solution, only negative comments.it really is disappointing and frustrating that I pass this with such a new phone

Otherwise I will have to perform a hard reset.
