    • I wasted my time upgrading the software, still no luck
    • She loves it, but some times it goes kinda slow at heavy use.
    • Every time the software upgrades, we will some issue
    • Freezes up all the time
    • It lags all the time, turns off randomly to 'update' any time that it is low on battery power, doesn't have to ability to move downloads over to the SD card
    • I bought this item for my mom who travels a lot from US to foreign countries, so that she doesn't have the problem of switching SIM cards all the times
