The tilt never lock, can not support the weight of the monitor.

even though I used a level to make sure everything was straight, the arm cannot support the weight and the entire thing slumps slightly so it’s crooked

Reported to support TV weight up to 33 pounds, but could not hold my 14 pound TV in a vertical position....weak.
