Then the IR receiver failed and the unit is locked in the horizontal position

I had it for six months no problems, but then one day while it was going up it started making banging noises

It took some time to get to me because of miss information but it was great when I get it a little noisy when operating but the idea of this mount and the compliment from friends I can live with the noise
