You really need the standing pad as well.

I love this stand and use it everyday at work.

Only real issue was not being able to add a screw to the keyboard stand because the screw grooves in one of the holes wasn't there

This is the perfect standing desk for my needs.

In fact, I find myself preferring standing while I work

Most of my co-workers have the desk top standing desks, but those seem to take up too much space on the desktop and where I am at we have small workstations

My only other product complaint is that the mounted screens move side to side but not up and down, so the screen height when standing is good, but then it's too high when I sit, and there's nothing I can do about it unless I want to loosen the screws and move it down.
