The instructions were excellent, but the really crazy thing was the packaging: this thing came with everything you could need including those instructions, a cardboard template for any wall holes, a little stick-on level for the template, a real normal level for use when mounting, the hex tool you might use to adjust things (it can be adjusted for level to some degree even after install), and screws/bolts/etc for various sized TV's.

I used the wrong bit size( instructions for mounting on concrete/ stone wall); I needed to use a smaller bit for wood studs

and I can say it was a breeze ... the instructions were great - and honestly they are pretty much impossible to mess up
