Do not expect to isolate the wind 100% but it attenuates it a lot

This is a really great wind screen ,it's fits perfectly on my zoom recorder and really does a great job blocking wind noise in my sound record.

Without this thing, you get bad wind distortion with the h4n if you so much as take a step

Strong winds are the real test, I haven't done that yet

but it provides great wind protection. without much at all in regards to loss of fidelity.

I can't say it's a full cure to strong wind, but it does help a lot, like I said
