From the beginng, 2 1/2 months ago, the NOT USER FRIENDLY device had battery and charging issues

The device itself is decent for the price range, but I was most satisfied with using the customer service email to get our problem resolved quickly.

This device has difficulty connecting to Bluetooth and would sometimes take 10+ minutes to connect to my car or headphones

It worked well but within a week the port to connect the charging cable broke loose, rendering the device un-chargeable & useless

And the device is good - except the lock function

This is not a user friendly device

you can do all of these by downloading an app though, but why do I need to start downloading apps just to be able to do basic things??also, when you use the Armband with no headphones, its not possible to hear anything since the speaker is "blocked" by your arm.as an Hebrew speaker, the device offers Hebrew but written from left to write (instead of right to left), in other words - its not readable.

I don't know to whom this device would be useful

But this device sounds absolutely horrible

This device is like a tiny computer.

The device ran for two days then the battery died and the unlock function began to work

The device is basically unusable at this point, and it didn't even see very heavy usage in the year we had it (used a few hours per week)

It is a very durable device

This is a nice device for the price.

(I don't use wired headsets, as I'm sure many others don't either.3rd storage, the built-in storage is a measly 16GB and if you want to spend almost as much as the device itself, you can upgrade to a max of 128GB w/a MicroSD.So lack of ease and lack of touchscreen (vs touch wheel) and the issues w/sound quality/Bluetooth to me says just skip this for a better device as this won't cut it for most.

Very handy cos it read different types of files, I used to connect it to a Bluetooth speaker, we wanted a separate portable device to play music rather than out phones

My daughter absolutely loves this music device

We use these for our young children, under 10, who we didn't want to have access to a smart device just to listen to music

First off, the device feels sturdy which is a big plus, great screen, easy to use for varying ages, good sound quality, and battery life is okay.
