Just make sure you disable your default PC microphone otherwise the mute button appears not to work but is really picking up the audio from the PC microphone and not the headset microphone.

More important for me, its microphone was first class, which is important to me because I conduct a lot of business via VOIP.However, from the beginning it seemed to me that it looked too "plastiky", and sure enough, 7 months after purchase, I tried to put them on and the right hand side just broke off
