The over ear rubber hooks and ear insertion pieces result in a pretty good fit that would probably be appropriate for running and light activities.

The headsets don't have the noise canceling sound effect they have a very loose fit around the ear and most important they don't last the 7 hours even though it says 7 to 9 hours

If you're looking for super secure fit, may need to keep moving.
