I love the headset a lot.

They sent me a new headset and it works great.

You can't really do that though, since enabling both puts the system into "hands free headset" mode, where you will only get phone quality audio from the earbuds

Overall, these are a good budget headset if you're tired of getting tangled in headphone wires.

Cons - no headset

So if you are on a call listening to a presentation and are on mute for 20 minutes this stupid headset will have beeped (interrupted your listening) 120 times into your ear.

I put my headsets through the wringer when I work out and I no longer listen to my car's radio

and I got to say it’s pretty impressive it blows my old headset out of the water especially with how well the range is I can leave my phone in the car go into 711 and my headset is still connected sound quality and call quality are great it works well with Siri the only reason I’m giving this product 4 stars is because at least once a day this device pinches me on the neck pretty painful I must say but besides that well worth the 20 bucks
