    • The flexible earpiece sits next to the ear canal and lets you hear anything else you need to.
    • For me, the earpiece is useless in a loud environment like riding in a car (unless I use my finger and press/hold the earpiece into my ear), but works fine in quieter environments like at home or in an office.
