Hearing was excellent quality, when speaking, for others to hear me consistently it was better with speakerphone, but not sure if my iBlazon case influenced microphone quality.

You can kind of tell it's not good quality based on how thin it is and how little material there is at the opening of the pouch

The quality of the picture was amazing, just as if I didn't have it in the case, My only advice is to not let it near any sunscreen, because it took me forever to try to get the sunscreen off
