The option to brew strong coffe is awesome and a feature I use all the time, also uses a scoop less of coffee

all other features dont work.

I like the quality of the coffee and the features but a coffee maker should last longer than this.

It definitely took a while for the plastic smell to go away, and the auto shut off feature doesn't work well at all (as in, coffee will spill/drip even though the carafe isn't in there.

We used and enjoyed the programmable feature, but I'm disappointed that the product didn't last very long.

My favorite feature is that the coffee pot beeps when it is done brewing

Because the clock doesn't work all other programmable features are irrelevant, the delay brew, time brew, auto shutoff and the clock itself.

Aside from one negative feature (though it's a biggie) this is a good coffee maker

And on the weekends we can make a bunch and have hot coffee throughout thanks to the fresh brew heating feature.

Makes great coffee, the timer works well, and my favorite feature is that this design keeps the coffee warmer for a longer time.

Still working fine as of 7/15/16 - months later.

Everything is as neat and in place as it should be, but it still makes a mess

If I had bought for my home, I would have sent it back but can suffer with it as we don't make it to the cabin very often.

It stopped working as of today (2/15/2017) for no apparent reason.

All of the buttons and LED displays still work as if everything is fine--never used any of them but the brew now button.

We are disheartened as we have used Mr. Coffee drip coffee makers for 30 years

Almost bought a more expensive coffee maker but after reading the reviews in Consumers Report, I decided to try this one as the reviews were high and it hasn't disappointed as it makes great coffee.
