Never even tried using it.• the shot produced by this machine doesn't have any crema at all• the cleaning instructions were insufficient: the first 3 shots I pulled, after having cleaned the machine, left a bit of white powder on top of the coffee grounds

great machine, works flawlessly gave it 3 stars because the machine itself is a little short, making it difficult to steam certain coffee mugs....also VERY disappointed with the power cord that's only 6 inches long.

All around this is an amazing home espresso machine, especially for the price, and I would highly recommend it to anyone wishing to make espresso, cappuccino's or lattes at home.

My machine was good until I noticed the inside portion of the frother is made out of something that resembles thin cardboard

Nice espresso machine but the steamer doesn't last long and goes out within a month or so.

I get an odd plastic taste more often then not and I need to eliminate the coffee I used before blaming the machine.

I love the machine, but the plastic used in the handles are cheap they break easily...this is my third and last time i purchase

In fact, my previous machine had a very long wand that swept forward toward the front, and I would sometimes burn myself a little bumping into it.

I have had much more expensive machines that have had the pump go out within a couple of years.

I’m sure that they have made hundreds of thousands of these machines and they are not about to change all the machining of the parts, but that having been said, the machine is a marvel and works great.

There are cheap espresso machines that use an actual pump where you could get a decent shot with a pressurized basket, but this isn't one of those

I followed all the instructions brewed a coffee and made steamed milk, I unplugged the machine and it blew up in my hands

We used the machine less than 20 times and the handle to the brew basket holder fell apart less than a year after purchase..

I am a former Starbucks barista and wanted to try out the cheapest machine I could possibly buy and lemme tell you....it sure is cheap

I would suggest this if you need a cheap machine to use espresso as a base for latte’s, cappuccino’s, etc. as 5e frother bar comes in handy for that

Just an overall awkward machine

So with only 4 uses in 2 weeks, and the rest of the time just sitting on a counter, went to use it this morning and 2 of the rubber feet fell off, torn so we could not just pop them back on. makes coffee well as long as you make sure to clean the machine right after.

It is definitely not as well made as the previous machine.

It is less expensive, but does not function as well as, some of the "fancier" Euro brands that appear to have gone up in price a lot since I last bought one

My only problems with these is that (a) they break down after a few months (even with cleaning, I've seen multiple of these get clogged and break down, maybe it's because of all the calcium in Florida tap water?); (b) they're made with solid metal piping inside, so even when they get calcium buildup, you can't break them open and fix them yourself, you just have to buy a new one); and (c) the espresso gets cold fast, leading me to believe it wasn't hot enough to begin with
