this coffee maker leaves no unpleasant plastic taste in your coffee as some other brands i have tried in the past

Horrible plastic

The elbow joint is now a hard plastic piece.

Doesn't effect the function, but it's sorta ugly and burned plastic is never fun

My Coffee Maker arrived and didn't smell like plastic, I ran it through the coffee making cycle twice with plain water first and still smelled no plastic

The plastic of my old Black and Decker is MUCH better then this one.

I pour it into my thermos, add my creamer and enjoy it as I drive to work.

I figured if the white one still works as as it did the black

Not as hot as I'd like though
