Really disappointed - the material on the warming plate started to chip off on the very first use

I used it for about couple of weeks and paint was getting off, cheap material

Poor quality materials

The cord could be longer and the part where you set your mug on is made with poor material and comes off easy

I have two, my friend has one, and they're all consistently losing the material from the heating pad.
