Takes a long time to heat but nice to have

the first time I put my mug on it the heating plate collapsed on one side and my mug was at a dangerous slant

I would very much like to return this item, but I’m not going to waste my time

It scratched off from the bottom of one of my mugs after using twice, both times just for a couple of minutes due to the smell.

my friend is SUCH a forgetful coffee drinker and her coffee always goes cold MANY times and she has 3 kids so this poor woman reheats her same coffee throughout the day

She says her coffee stays warm the entire time she’s using it and doesn’t have to get up anymore.

I searched around for less expensive ones and completely wasted my time and bough and returned 2-3 of these from other brands before buying this one

Works well enough, but the literal first time I used it, the paint started chipping off the warming surface

It still works, but as time has passed as cracked has developed in the plastic on one side on the top

It's just a cosmetic issue and doesn't affect functionality, but it bothers me that an item I've only owned for two weeks (and used maybe four or five times) already looks like this -- if only because it makes me wonder how well the rest of the product components are going to hold up in the long run.

I can't tell you how many times I get distracted and my coffee goes cold

It took a very long time just to warm up

I've tried several times to make it work, and it's just not worth it

I can now have my coffee in my favorite mugs AND it stays hot until I'm finished ...which is a wonderful little small thing in these difficult times.

Don't even waste your time trying to save a few bucks; all the other warmers I tried were absolute crap and did not keep my coffee warm

Perhaps it helped slow the time it takes for coffee to get cold

BUT, the pretty black coating on the heating surface started flaking away the first time I used it.

I used it 5 times and today it fell down.. the circular plate where you place the mug just fell down as the boundaries melteda Big disappointment !

I did a side by side comparison and was really disappointed that it takes a long time for it to warm up and does not keep the liquids in the mug warm compared to the other brand I'm using.

I really like my coffee being hot all the time not Luke warm.

I wouldn't want it any hotter really, I've already brushed the surface a few times by accident and would have burned myself if it was a hotplate.

Your product is worse than useless because it takes up time and bother to order and then find out that it'suseless.

the quality of this i e is extremely poor.

Does not seem to keep my heavy mugs as warm as I like it

One was just plain defective - I only ever put a ceramic mug on it (no metal) and the coating scratched off with the first use.

Keeps my coffee warm to the temperature that I like as I like coffee on the slightly hotter side

I'm disappointed that it doesn't keep my coffee as hot as I like it

However, he consistently annoys my mom and I to reheat his chai
