The only hang up is that the magnet is not very strong

The magnet is not very strong so the paperclips don't want to stand up and peek out, they want to fall to the bottom with only one or two able to cling to the top area.

However, the magnet works great good quality paper clips

Cons: weak magnet, feels cheapOverall this is fine to hold paperclips, would I buy it again, no, but I wanted something cute on my desk and this was much cute than the plain black squares

This paperclip is really cute, but the magnet isn't very strong.
