Our car has a fixed headrest on the back seat, and while I was able to attach the mirror by going over the headrest and clipping the mirror to a latch on the rear deck, it's not super stable in that configuration and wobbles quite a bit.

The way it fastens to the headrest is a bit odd, though

but it was a bit hard to adjust to the right viewing angle.

Overall I love this product, just wish the mirror surface was a bit more durable and scratch resistant.

I wiped it with a soft t-shirt and it is completely scratched
