My Fitness Coach - Nintendo Wii

    • I like the fact that you don't need the
    • I also love the fact that you can incorporate weights, stability ball and a step bench which changes it up and also helps keep my interest
    • While I like the fact that I can indicate and incorporate extra equipment (like hand weights and stepping platform, but *not* the Wii balance board), the progress of the workout doesn't take into account the need to set these things up between segments
    • I like the fact that you don't have to have the Wii board to play
    • I like the fact that I am able to choose the type of exercise I want to do, the music, the environment, the days to workout as well as the length of time
    • I love the fact that I don't need to hold a remote like a lot of other wii exercise workouts
    • I like the fact that it keeps track of your progess
    • I also like the fact that you DO NOT have to keep the Wii controller in your hand while you work out!All in
    • and I really like the fact that it's interactive.
    • I like the fact that my workout changes every time I play the
    • The fact that you are forced to use the pointer rather than the D-Pad to select navigation items is very annoying
    • I LOVE the fact you can incorporate free wights or a stability ball in your routine
    • i like the fact that you can customize your workout based on the equipment you already have, such as a ball or weights or step
    • I do not like the fact that I can not do different types of workouts without having me do a warm up and cool down
    • I like the fact that the exercise that you are currently doing scrolls across the bottom of the screen as well as the upcoming exercise.
    • I also liked the fact that every workout employed the stretch band (I used weights) during the workout
    • I like the fact that it changes routines
    • It's enjoyable and the fact that you can incorporate hand weights, step, stability ball and HR monitor makes it even better.
    • I especially love the fact that as you work out it will occasionally ask you how you're feeling (yes you have to go grab the remote then) and then make sure to tweak your next workout to reflect that
    • And today... the back of my calves feel like they got kicked by a Clydesdale!I really like the fact that you can pick different types of music to listen to, different environments to work out in, and the fact that the game will increase or decrease in intensity depending on how excited you are to be working out at that moment, and also according to how you felt after your previous session (during and after your session it asks how you feel: Didn't Break a Sweat, Working Hard, or Couldn't keep up)
    • I love the fact that each session is different and has different categories
    • I also like the fact that you can choose to use free weights, balance ball, and the stepper thingee as part of the workout for My Fitness Coach
    • I'm enjoying the workouts and the fact that it's got a schedule to hold you accountable to
    • I like the fact that Maya has a positive outlook on your progress rather than just constantly fussing at you for not stepping wide enough or lifting a knee higher (even if you are practically doing splits or lifting all the way to your chest) as what happens with the mediocre and unnamed coaches in Your Shape
    • I give this an A+ and thanks to this game I have lost a considerable amount of weight.
    • I do wish that I could burn fat a lot faster (as in it's gone in seconds
    • A little slow but seems to improve as you go along.
    • you work as hard as you want, if the workout is to hard for you or to easy you can adjust it either way, the trainer will make you work harder if you tell her that the recent workout you did was "NO SWEAT"
    • Granted, there are times when I feel like I'm stuck taking a fitness test more often than I'd like (as there's no way around it - if you've got the game in and are ready for a workout, and it just happens to be your fitness test
