    My Fitness Coach - Nintendo Wii

    • I think this would be a great program for those who have no physical limitations, by the way

    • This has been my favorite feature so far, because on days that I don't really feel like working out, I have this option to do a lighter workout (as opposed to a dvd, which I would probably just skip altogether).I also love that you can tell the program what fitness equipment that you have available to use and it will form your workout around your choice
