    • so if you have only 30 minutes to exercise you can't do a 30 minute workout because the trainer adds things like rest breaks and finding the beat
    • However, in the strength portion I burn a little less just because of the rest breaks
    • After only 10 minutes the avatar is taking a rest break and appears to be wiping sweat off of her forehead.
    • There are too many and too long rest breaks.
    • I now use this much more that the Fit program (which takes 45 minutes to get 30 minutes of exercise).Pros: Actually works you out for the desired timeframe (with adequate rest breaks built in).The music is pretty lame, but better than the Fit soundtracks
    • My only complaint is that sometimes the rest breaks between the different exercises can be a little long.
    • She takes too many rest breaks
    • There are a few cons-when Maya asks you how you did in the last segment, the choices are very small and it is easy to hit the wrong one, affecting your next workout(s) negatively.
    • I give this an A+ and thanks to this game I have lost a considerable amount of weight.
    • I do wish that I could burn fat a lot faster (as in it's gone in seconds
    • A little slow but seems to improve as you go along.
    • you work as hard as you want, if the workout is to hard for you or to easy you can adjust it either way, the trainer will make you work harder if you tell her that the recent workout you did was "NO SWEAT"
    • Granted, there are times when I feel like I'm stuck taking a fitness test more often than I'd like (as there's no way around it - if you've got the game in and are ready for a workout, and it just happens to be your fitness test
