    • And today... the back of my calves feel like they got kicked by a Clydesdale!I really like the fact that you can pick different types of music to listen to, different environments to work out in, and the fact that the game will increase or decrease in intensity depending on how excited you are to be working out at that moment, and also according to how you felt after your previous session (during and after your session it asks how you feel: Didn't Break a Sweat, Working Hard, or Couldn't keep up)

    • I find Wii fit segments too short and not enough sweat-a-bility, but this game I think has the potential to be a decent enough work out for those times when you can't make it to the gym.
