I returned the collar after 2 days and ordered one with more vibrate/shock power and that comes with a remote.

At the highest setting it’s similar to a strong static shock

so I tested it on myself and sure enough it didn’t hurt, but felt like more of a surprise like a static shock after you do laundry

/vibrate 3 no shock and so far seems to do the trick with my dog who’s protective of her yard and loves to bark at anything going by
