    • 5/22 update: I am updating to 4 stars based on the stellar customer support received after my first experience
    • This company is amazing with customer support
    • Although the battery fail to charge but we were happy with the great customer support
    • I was worried until I called Nebula and spoke with Adam K. a Customer Support Engineer
    • Customer support is awesome too!
    • Then, I had to contact customer support for an issue I had and they were quick to respond (within 24 hours) and resolved my issue.
    • The customer support for the product has been outstanding.
    • Customer support is a huge deal and Adam from Anker hooked me up!

    • At first i had some trouble understanding how to use the nebula capsule but after reaching out to customer support I was able to fully understand and operate the projector
    • I called tech/customer support and spoke to Kevin who laughed at me for wanting a remote control capable of turning my device on and off, "the remote control was not designed to power on the device
