    • The Customer Support team of Anker is good and they patiently worked with me to sort out most of my concerns
    • I was left with the impression that not only do they want their customers to be extremely happy with their products but that they care even more about their experience using their products!
    • I really love the Projector but most of all the Customer Service that Ashley provided for me was hands down the Best Customer Service I have ever received for a purchased product.
    • Suggestion: license the FireTV SW!Notes: changed to 4 out of 5 because of responsive customer support

    • Battery last as said, and yes - a few issues with connecting the mac, but brighntess, portability, so many things I love about this projector!Also, they have a great customer support - they were very responsive and they also told me a new firmware update that would allow screen ratio adjustment ot 16:9 and 4:3 will be out in 2 weeks
