NEEWER Adjustable Microphone Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand, Max Load 1 KG Compact Mic Stand Made of Durable Steel for Radio Broadcasting Studio, Voice-Over Sound Studio, Stages, and TV Stations

    • Well, lets start off with this, its a decent boom arm
    • I'm not a professional but wanted a decent boom arm to help me record audio for basic videos and screencasting I do at work.
    • The boom was a little stiff when first using and seemed to be a bit stuck
    • On a positive note, the springs and boom and quite strong, stay pretty well in place, move easily etc.
    • I was thoroughly enjoying this boom
    • This boom was really affordable and is sturdy enough to hold my condenser microphone in place.
    • (see note 2)Originally, the boom was unable to hold my microphone.
    • The boom tho is priced accordingly and does the job it was meant to do, VERY GOOD BEGINNER BOOM.
    • Couldn't ask for a better boom
    • This adjustable mic boom is very effective for start up podcasters.
    • Edit*After using this for almost a year, for the price, this is the best desk mount scissor boom I've used
    • People warn to invest in a good boom arm and I have to completely agree after trying this one.
    • That's what I get for purchasing a cheap boom arm.
    • After just weeks of use, the knobs to tighten down all the joints are either stripped, or can't grip enough to hold my mic in place.save your $$ and spend a bit more on a better quality rode boom
    • Great boom arm.
    • It just lacks the top end craftsmanship you might find in a more expensive boom
    • A great boom arm for its price but DO NOT USE IT FOR THE BLUE YETI
    • they came with condenser microphone kits for podcast, nw700we've been releasing our podcast for 6 months now, and have been putting on a live stream for the past two weeks, and are getting great results with the mics..the mic booms are holding up as well as can be expected.. just keep in mind that it isn't a RODE or a blue, or even an on-stage... it looks like the kind that come with desk lamps...after 6 months of use... just be deliberate when you position it
    • Perfect cheap mic boom would buy again
    • It is an outstanding boom arm for the price and does the job perfectly, but the only complaint I have is that it is not able to be used on the back of a desk.
    • I absolutely love this suspension boom for my ATR2500 mic
    • Good cheap boom, wish it came with a way to run the mic cable.
    • Other then that its a great boom arm and holds the At2020
    • Excellent boom for my Blue Yeti.

    • If you're looking for a great affordable boom stand then this is for you.
    • great little suspension Boom
    • I currently have a Blue Yeti mic with a shock mount attachment and besides the shock mount screw always becoming loose and making my mic swing, the boom works perfectly well
    • The boom is white instead of black, and it lacks the extra holes for spring tension adjustment that are pictured on the box
    • The whole boom seems to lean if the arm doesn't extend out the right way
    • Hence, I've tried a couple of more expensive longer boom arms, but either the lack the range of motion to come straight out and slightly down, or they just don't work well with a light mic.
    • This boom works well for my NW-700 mic
    • all of the tightening bolts broke in less than a month of use- mic is never at the height that you leave it at, it just droops downDo not buy this, find a better, more sustainable mic boom arm
    • I LOVE having this boom for my mic.
    • Nice boom arm with it was longer though.
    • This boom is fantastic

    • Boom is right
    • Nice boom for the price
    • Adjustable and extendable boom arm
    • Solid Microphone Boom for my desk and sleek
    • However, if you have a small mic, this boom is quiet, moves easily, and will stay in position.
    • The boom adds a bit of professionalism to your desk setup and frees up space on your table top
    • This would be a good boom EXCEPT:The movement is very stiff, so stiff that I was afraid of breaking it
    • Good cheap boom, wish it came with a way to run the mic cable.
    • This is not the sturdiest boom but for this price you can't go wrong.
    • Perfect cheap mic boom would buy again

    • Perfect boom arm for holding my microphone
    • Easy to move in and out of your way, can hold heavy mics and has adjustable levels of pretension to fine tune the boom
    • Decent boom for the price, but it's really nothing to write home about
    • Amazing boom arm
    • Could buy a much better boom arm for the same amount, plus it's garbage...but works.
    • That said, once I had it all mounted, attached to my desk and knob adjusted/tightened, it has proven to be a really impressive, light weight and very portable suspension boom
    • Overall the boom is good
    • but I'll take that over a boom arm that would sag like some of the more expensive ones out there.
    • This is a solid boom mic stand
    • Amazing boom arm
    • I've used bigger more expensive suspension booms in the past
    • The price is excellent for such quality!Note: If you want a good boom arm for your Blue Yeti, then definitely go with the Rod PSA 1

    • Nice suspension boom.
    • This boom works so well on my desk that I wish I had bought this years ago!
    • It's not the world's most visually impressive boom, but it does the job.
    • Great little mic boom for the money
    • Not a bad boom mic stand for the price
    • Terrible boom arm, owned for a while just because I can’t be asked to order a new one but it isn’t sturdy at all, hardly holds up the mic
    • Overall it's a nice cheap boom
    • It makes turning the boom annoying - either the screw is so tight the mount moves, or it's so loose the boom almost inevitably pops out.
    • This is a nice mic boom that was reasonable priced.
    • Im looking for a cheap but well-selling boom, this will keep my microphone close to my mouth without being hit, and it will easily swing.

    • But you can buy better booms here or elsewhere, but for the price asked, this is a most grand value
    • Probably the worst boom arm out there in the first day it snapped in where it holds onto the desk trash boom arm do not buy it
    • I broke the bottom clamp, great, cheap, budget boom
    • I haven't had it in heavy use but this seems like a really nice sturdy and reliable boom to me.

    • Solid boom for webcam
    • Altogether, this is a great starter boom arm for gamers/streamers who are just starting off.
