NEEWER Adjustable Microphone Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand, Max Load 1 KG Compact Mic Stand Made of Durable Steel for Radio Broadcasting Studio, Voice-Over Sound Studio, Stages, and TV Stations

    • If you plan on never moving the thing it might work out ok, but if you have to switch locations then be ready for the thing to break at pretty much every point
    • But it is also incredibly stiff, the few points that can be easily loosened made no no difference
    • It was good at first until it eventually snapped in two pieces at a weak point
    • After about of month use the mic stand snapped at the base, the reason is I'm constantly moving the microphone while streaming, the weak point at the base caused this to snapped.
    • It just snapped at its weakest point
    • However, if you do move it you'll find that the point where it mounts to the base is flimsy and can't be bent
    • The only downside is the microphone mount pivot point is a little too slack, even when tightened.
    • The only negative point that some have already mentioned is that the part connent the base and the first arm section is a little wobbly
    • Cheap thin metal lasted about 1 month p
    • other wise i love it
    • n’t scuff up the wood
    • n’t feel like this will flop over or slide down under weight
