NEEWER Adjustable Microphone Suspension Boom Scissor Arm Stand, Max Load 1 KG Compact Mic Stand Made of Durable Steel for Radio Broadcasting Studio, Voice-Over Sound Studio, Stages, and TV Stations

    • The posts bends far too easily and will eventually fail from repeated stresses as we work the metal back and forth.
    • I figured since I'm going through all the trouble for a $13 product I might as well post a review as well.
    • The post itself is hollow, bent out of the same metal that holds the adjustable arms together at the base.
    • I certainly wouldn't recommend letting the mic hang down without replacing the bolt and the post, as the post is basically only pinched in place by the bolt and clam style metal pieces (the post is not one piece connected to the bolt, it's the post held together by indentations in a clam-shell piece over the post).
    • Works fairly well, but after a year of swinging it out of the way after i was done using it daily, the post that fits in the desk holder has worn through and bent forward, damaging my desk a bit in the process
    • This is posted with the Razer seiren but this does not work at all does not fit.had to unscrew the black thing on the end and buy an adapter
    • The set-screw on the swivel mount bends and distorts the flimsy swivel post
    • Thanks to a very helpful video review posted by another reviewer, setup was easy and uneventful
    • Put small metal at the base inside hollow metal post that goes into the clamp to solidy and make it last longer.
    • Cheap thin metal lasted about 1 month p
