I liked the product, but one of the pieces fell off when I was trying to clamp it to my desk.

If all you need is a simple arm, this may do the trick, but if you plan to use this often or for a long time, pay more and get a more reliable product.

since then they have changed the mounting clip to a total cheap piece of crap that stripped out the very first time I tried to tighten it, luckily I can screw it where it needs to go, but this mounting clip is total garbage, Way to go NEEWER, I hope you saved a couple cents changing the clip, now your once good product is total junk.

Product works as advertised and I don't see any damaged on the product itself, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars, but I definitely believe this product was used and returned to then be sold to me.
