The 12" long tube simply will not hold still at any angle other then straight vertical up and downeven then the cheap plastic screw wont hold it on a bar or flat surface

The products hasn't shown any signs of tears of any kind, but I will admit the plastic is a little flimsy and has me slightly worried for the future

The actually contact point on the clamp has a cross shape groove with positive contact and that component is made from a hard plastic that also will not mar your stands

It seems to be made of the cheapest plastic possible.

Pretty much you cannot adjust the item into position unless you want it to break the cheap plastic that binds it to the clamp

I do YouTube gaming videos and this thing helps a lot with getting rid of those annoying P's and B's in your voice

I think the clip on mine is broken as it dosnt get tighter no matter

Broke almost as soon as I set it up

Works great at blocking out p, s, etc
