I have a hard time using ear pieces because they always seem too big and are uncomfortable

Some times it has pairing issues with my iPhone but other than that, its freaking awesome!

I guess the only problem is that the charge wouldn't last for more than 3-4 hours (more or less).It fell down a few times and didn't broke.

I can hear a split second time lapse between when I press a letter to write text and the clicking sound in my ear

Loved this headphone the first time I bought it a few months ago to have at my factory job where it is moderately loud on the floor

I have lost it in the bed several times but always find it

Not being able to use the mic is a real letdown, as I wanted to use this to speak with family while on the job, since my time zone difference Makes for phone conversations at awkward times of the day

every time I use it all I hear is a loud static.... really disappointed.

No problems with the device other than the size with respect to losing it, having a hard time locating it

Then they fell out of my ears about 4 times in an hour

Don’t waste your time on a faulty product.

I get asked ALL THE TIME at the gym where I got it and people love that they can get this thing for $20 and it works as well as the $200 wireless buds!

Today, it fell out of my ear 6-7 times while standing still

Also, it's worth mention that every person's ear shape differs, so you it's worth the time to adjust the earphone to get a proper seal and comfortable fit, and you really want to be sure to keep it in properly or it can fall out and either get destroyed hitting a hard surface or lost, tiny as it is

I hope this last me a long time because I love it!

It does ok for Bluetooth calls, but the sound for that isn't always great and sometimes people have a hard time hearing me.

Anytime I attempt to communicate phone calls via the Bluetooth, the person on the other end has a difficult time hearing me

I have bought approximately 4 GoNovates because every time they dropped or came into contact with anything, they would stop working but this one has been dropped onto floor, desk etc and continues working

If you want to listen to just music, well maybe, but don’t waste your time on it for anything else.

People have a hard time hearing me on phone calls though

I tried to use it on 5 or 6 different calls and each time it was both hard for those on the phone to hear me and for me to hear them, even in quiet locations

Was having a hard time finding earbuds that would stay in my ears

so wouldn't kill the battery every time if left on

Everything seems great when I first received the earpiece, until I started driving and had a hard time hearing the person I was speaking with and realized the volume was all the way up.

Decent charge time and good sound quality.

Returned, don't​ waste your time or money!

I would probably be losing the earbud all the time without the case, and it probably wouldn't be charged up all the time, which in turn would cut down on my ability to use it

People had a tough time hearing me when i spoke.
