Reviews around strap (5.00 of 5)

  • Result, very comfortable adjustable strap around your left hand secures your hold
  • For me it's like a strap for an electric guitar : couldn't live without it.

Reviews around angle (5.00 of 5)

  • You need to experiment with the device (it is adjustable) to get the proper distances and angles that work for you in order for it to work properly
  • If you are going to use trial and error to adjust the handle to the best angle and position (which I do recommend), be careful not to strip the screw in the plastic receiver, which seems a bit soft.
  • It took a little trial and error to find the right placement and angle.

Reviews around slide (5.00 of 5)

  • I have absolutly no regrets about the purchase and am pretty confident that on a single trigger trombone it would serve me quite well, but I want to make sure I am able to hold the slide closed with no comprimise as well.
  • The slide brace comes with variously sized pads to create a custom fit against the slide, protecting the slide from damage and preventing the grip from moving during use.
  • In addition, because the left hand is better able to support the horn when using the grip, the pressure on the right hand and slide is greatly reduced

Reviews around install (5.00 of 5)

  • Instructions could be a bit clearer, but one installed, this is a clear winner
  • If the brace is installed correctly, it works perfectly without breaking

Reviews around trombone support (5.00 of 5)

  • I found several trombone support options, including this Neotech grip, the Hagmann brace, the Rath brace and several straps.
  • After several months of use, I can confirm that the Neotech grip is a worthwhile trombone support, offering the support and ease of use demanded from a trombone hand support.<<Support>>Using the Neotech grip, I've gone from from unbearable cramping to sustainable playing.

Reviews around work (5.00 of 5)

  • The Neotech Grip set, with all of the options in the pack, is working very well both on my Conn 88H and my King Duo Gravis.
  • Now that the leather has broken in, the grip is working just as well

Reviews around bite (5.00 of 5)

  • It's a fair bit bulkier than I imagined when it's fixed to the horn, as well, making for a bit of an awkward hold
  • Instructions could be a bit clearer, but one installed, this is a clear winner

Reviews around hand (1.76 of 5)

  • In addition, because the left hand is better able to support the horn when using the grip, the pressure on the right hand and slide is greatly reduced
  • The mounting assembly was pretty easy and, with some tweaking of the hand grip ankle, I have been very pleased at the comfort and added flexibility in my right hand grip
  • When I used this it didn't make much of a difference to me, my hand still got sore after a while, but I will say that it looks really cool on your trombone.
  • I hurt my hand awhile back to where I couldn't even hold my horn
  • sturdy.- Eliminated having to grip trombone to hold it (severe hand fatigue)- Inexpensive and

Reviews around horn (1.41 of 5)

  • Eventually the horn falls out of the clamp within minutes of taking its weight
  • If you play trigger horn and your left hand cramps up holding the horn, this grip is THE solution
  • I had my horn come loose during rehearsal the first night I used it
  • After only a few minutes of practicing, I would experience significant discomfort from gripping the horn and f-attachment with my left hand
  • In addition, because the left hand is better able to support the horn when using the grip, the pressure on the right hand and slide is greatly reduced
