This little guy is absolutely fantastic, and the negative reviews here are loaded with improper operation or a mechanical issue.

To add additional value, I am listing a few areas for improvement, which are not huge issues but would improve this machine even further:1

Like others, we had issues from the start of the latte being slightly warm, not hot.

It would have been perfect if it were not for the annoying drip issue, something which they seemed to have recognised, and dealt with in the modular U system

The only issue (nothing that would detract from my star-rating) was that the unit would not work out of the box

The issues ranged from artificial ingredients, lukewarm coffee/lattes, expensive pods, not strong enough of a brew and most importantly artificial tasting lattes.

It's not that it's bad or unenjoyable - I like it

The U is cute but requires a separate frother (aerocinno) which has a non stick coating that scratches so easily + it takes another power outlet + space on the counter
