I'm here to debunk some of the things people are knocking it for in other reviews, because apparently people don't read the manual or bother to learn how these drinks work.1

There are a few things though that might concern some people, so I wanted to make sure I wrote a review because i wish I would have known.1)

People were not happy with the temperature, so I was a little nervous when I first used it.

Some people may not like the cooler temperature, but for me its drinkable and not scalding hot

Yes, some people complain that the coffee is not hot enough....the coffee's temperature is "ready to drink" immediately (you don't have to wait)

They were like Apple fanatics (you know, those people who advocate so heavily for Apple products you'd think they work for them or at least get a commission on their sales)

Many people complain that Starbucks burns their coffee, and in many cases they're right... but some stores do know how to make it correctly.

I did read some reviews that stated this but thought it was a preference, or to be honest, some people just complaining

A few people have complained in reviews about the coffee not being hot enough - I have found if you use it

The people there were always nice, but they explained that there must be a air bubble in my machine that was not allowing the water in the tank to move through the lines.

Every few months this needs a heavy duty cleaning with a solution that gets sold by Nespresso, this can run about $20Other than that you can expect quick startup and one great cup o joe every time.
