How can a company that makes internet equipment have such a poor web site ?

Setup was very difficult - only had luck once I searched online for a tutorial... which at first took me to a fake site which fortunately I caught before setting up any type of account

so I turned to the sites help which was just hundreds of people talking about what a bad product this was and the site had no way to contact the actual

Oh - and on top of all that, the signal extender was a piece of junk - even at the first strong plug site near the router, the signal was weak.

Then we ended up with a bunch of third party companies who were giving us strange web sites and third parties

Tried to register it but the Netgear site wouldn’t accept the serial number

Easy setup works great for filling in the gap’s for WiFi in our home

Likes;-Improved my wifi speed immensely accross my house (via ethernet)-Works well with a 5Ghz and 2Ghz wireless connection-great design-easy to set up and maintain-LED’s to tell you if it connected properly or notDislikes;-occasionally my connection drops severely

I got smart and ordered this instead for $36 and it worked!I’m very pleased.

I well know the other main provider is actually worse to deal with.
